Notes from a Vintage-loving Girl...

Good Evening Everyone!

I hope that you are well and chilling out this Sunday evening!!!

Today I have had a lovely demonstration day at The Range in Gosport.  Thank you to everyone who came along to see me.  Again it was so much fun looking at all the Papermania products for January and February and seeing new things and new designs possible!!!

As I write Mr J and I are relaxing with our respective pieces of technological kit - me my laptop and he his iPad with a cup of tea and some chocolate having spent the evening working in our home which is whole different kind of project...  It needs alot of work doing to it and we are currently working on our bathroom....  It will look fabulous when it is finished but in the meantime we are learning lots of renovation skills!!!!  We certainly aren't shy of turning our hands to all kinds of tasks and you never know what you will learn on the journey!

So tonight's little post is a short one but I really wanted to share this Papermania Vintage Notes card. I have to say I have had the basis of this project in mind for some time and today everything fell into place.

I've been carrying my Papermania Art Deco frame embossing folder around with me since the beginning of January, feeling that it would make a perfect surround for the gorgeous embellishments in the range.  I picked out the debossed details of the frame before adding it to the card front with Gold Glitterations stickers... These are one of my favourite stash must-haves because the add a touch of glitz without being too brightly foiled....

I'm sure you'll also notice the gorgeous Chronology metal label holder... its a perfect adornment for this project style and makes sure the sentiment stands out.

I've popped a few pictures below for you to have a look at. There are some close ups for you to examine the detail close up. I really hope it inspires you to have a go at layering up all those luscious trimmings and to mix ranges to create your own unique style.
