I arrived back here on my blog this evening ready to put together tonight's inspiration post when I noticed a bit of an "Ahem, Ahem, don't forget me" kind of comment from our awesomely artistic Katy Godbeer at head office...
You see we creative girlies like to make sure you have the all the gossip and crafty news from head office and we share it around a little bit so you really need to make sure you are following us all to get the whole picture...
Anyway Katy kindly reminded me that its not just Emma (see last night's post) who is giving away goodies on her facebook page but that Katy also has a rather scrumptious little giveaway...
So here goes.... Katy is giving away a rather lovely little bundle of crafting goodness... It includes scrummy products to be launched 1st March (A gorgeous Forever Friends Kraft Notes card kit and some Gorjuss decoupage) + a six month membership to the Creativity Club... When she reaches 250 followers one lucky crafter is going to win all of that lot so here goes
and follow her page to be in with a shot of winning!!!!
Would hate you to feel left out Katy!!!!!
And now onto "Inspiration Thursday" - this is where every week I scour the web and bring you pictures from talented designers and gorgeous crafting companies all over the world... I cannot take credit at all for these wonderful projects but I can tell you all these pictures have given me food for creative thought so I hope they do for you too!!!
The first picture tonight comes once again from Graphic 45. Tags are a fabulous way to hone your techniques and experiment with all those ideas that are bursting to escape from the little grey cells so I love seeing tags of real beauty like this one.
I've shared a couple of gorgeous creations from the Daisy Mae Brooch Bouquets in recent inspiration posts but once again one of her designs has caught my eye this week.... I just love the sparkle in these bouquets, the whole ethos of upcycling stunning pieces of vintage jewellery and the fact that brides have such a special keepsake from their special day! Take a look and see what you think of this!
And finally I am always looking at ways to upcycle tired and worn out items to create useful or decorative home decor.. I just love these painted glass vases... though I'm certain the same principle would work with old ceramics aswell just so long as you have the perfect primer before adding paint.... I think that vintage dresser for my dream kitchen mentioned in one of my earliest posts needs some of these.... for more vintage themed inspiration hop over to Romantically Vintage.
Well, that's tonight's selection of inspiration... a mixed bunch tonight but I hope you enjoyed taking a peak!!!
Night night everyone....until tomorrow take care
Lots of Love
