Steampunk City

Well Helloooo everyone and very unusually a very happy Monday AFTERNOON to you all!

Well what a gorgeous morning we had here - wall to wall sunshine - but now the grey clouds are coming along... Still it's not going to dent my enthusiasm today!!!  I've had a wonderful weekend demonstrating and today is a day full of the things of life - catching up on the things at home that need doing.  I always feel very satisfied when I can look around and see I've really made a difference in the day! And lets face it waking up with sun shimmering through the curtains certainly helps the mundane a jollier task!

Anyway, this evening I'm looking forward to coffee with a friend so I thought I would look back at the projects from the weekend and share this design with you.

I had the pleasure of designing a picture for the Creativity magazine using the London Xcut Build A Scene Die so yesterday I pulled the set back out for my demonstration and was drawn to mixing it with the Chronology range... I think it was the postcard toppers (Greeting from the City maybe) and a small clock face in my kit (which was perfect for the face of Big Ben) that inspired me to take this path.

So take a look at these pictures and see what you think!

Well for today "That's all folks" (should also be accompanied by the looney tunes music!)

Let's chat again tomorrow
