Good Evening everyone!!!
How are you today? What has it been like where you are - are you covered with snow or have you been lucky enough to enjoy a sunny day like we have here down south?
Well, today is my first week blog-iversary and as I believe in celebrating the small things in life aswell as the big things I'm sitting enjoying a small glass of Dorset Dark Ginger Cordial - yum yum!!!
I may have only been blogging for a week but I already have a note book almost permanently glued to me (side effect of being a messy crafter!) in which I have been noting down all the things I want to do to make your experience on my blog a better one - things to add and improve, links to direct you to and over the past couple of days I have been approaching some lovely people to ask them if they would like to write a guest post for you all. So you will be seeing lots of things happening and changing over the coming weeks and months.
And of course, I'm going to find some time to hop over to your blogs and follow them too! Its going to be a busy and exciting time!
Now ,tonight I have to hold true on a promise I made to some lovely ladies who visited my demonstration yesterday. A small group couldn't stay to see me complete this card so I told them that I would make sure that it was posted here so they could see the finished article!
This projects uses Docrafts cuter-than-cute Country Companions Sunshine Meadows range (my very first post featured the little frog) and I think I have fallen head over heels with the sweet little critters!
Take a look at this little sweetheart and let me know what you think!
The little bits of yummy gorgeousness used are
Country Companions - Sunshine Meadows Mouse Stamp & A4 Double sided papers
Xcut - Heart and Scolloped Heart Nesting Dies
Papermania - Textured Cardstock, Mini dye based ink pads, Capsule Spots and Stripes ribbon bows & twine, Paper Poseys, Pale Pink Adhesive Stones, Vintage Notes cardstock stickers, Clear Embossing Paper
Artiste - Black Pigment Ink Pad, Gel pen trio, Brushmarker
Glitz It - Irridescent Glitter Glue
And last but by no means least a cocktail stick - very important that!!!
Isn't it just an adorable range? And its available from your local docrafts stockist...
Want some more inspirations with this beautiful range? Well don't forget to get hold of your copy of the January Creativity Magazine (issue 37) and check out these articles by our fabulous designers - Beckie Dreyer creates some beautiful scrapbook pages on Page 82, Emma Collins fashions a beautiful memo board on Page 84 and Katie Skilton whips up an Easter Eggstravaganza (sorry I know it's an old pun but sometimes things just have to be done!) one Pag 102.
Well dear reader its time for me to pop off - I've got another lovely to post planned for you tomorrow so let's chat again then
Sleep tight!
