What makes me tick?

Hello everyone and a Happy Valentine's day to you all!

Well I am writing tonight's post this afternoon though I can't post it until later on... this is because it holds a little secret...

Let's face it, it may be predictable but I had to write about my card for Mr J didn't I?  It would be rude not to after all...

I've had this idea floating around for a week or so now but as is so often the case with me there has been so much going on that I haven't made it until today whilst bestest boy is at work.  We don't exchange cards until the evening because to be frank Mr J is often out the house in the morning when I am not at the office before I am fully back in the land of the living... so instead of throwing our cards at each other as he rushes out throught the door we will give each other our offerings this evening whilst we enjoy our Valentine's treat of takeaway and DVD... its a little tradition.  We don't really do pressies for this occcasion but enjoy spending some quality time together...

My card takes a more masculine theme on the Chronology papers and incorporates Xcut dies to create a special little pocket watch...

I'd love to know what you think so why not a take a peak now...

Now since I moved down south when Mr J and I celebrated our nuptuals I have been very lucktyto make some wonderful crafty friends - Becky, Sue, Tracie, Von, Carolyn... to name but a few and I hope that over coming months I can get them involved in my blog maybe with a little guest post or project to share with you...

Today Tracie shared her hubby's Valentines card with me and I fell in love with it straight away.  I love Tracie's clean and clear cut style.  Like me she loves her dies and I can espy the new Xcut Vintage Notes heart doily in this project, along with a cute Basic Grey bird stamp I know I have somewhere.  The colours are very eye-catching but knowing Tracie I would expect no less.

Tracie kindly gave me permission to share this with you so when leaving your comments why not let her know what a gorgeous design this is!

Well, that's all for today except to once again say many thanks for reading my blog and leaving the very generous and wonderful comments you always leave...

Take care and we will talk again tomorrow
With Love
Becky
